"Shipping was better than I expected"
My order arrived without any issues, and the shipping cost was actually reasonable. I was expecting it to be higher like on some other sites, so that was a nice surprise. It would’ve been even better if it were a little cheaper, but overall I’m fine with it

"Pretty complete set overall"
It came with most of the accessories I needed, so I think it’s only fair to say it’s a solid kit. There was one small piece missing, which was a bit annoying, but not enough to ruin the experience. Overall, it was easy to use and still a good buy...

"Showed up too late"
The costume ended up arriving after the party, so... yeah, kind of missed the whole point. I was hoping it would get here in time, but delivery was late again and there wasn’t really anything I could do by then.

"Sizing was a total joke"
I ordered a costume from smiffys the size chart was useless. I even went one size up just to be safe, but the thing still ended up tight in random places and weirdly baggy in others. Absolute nonsense. The quality wasn’t terrible, but the stupid sizing made it annoying as hell to wear. I would’ve returned it if I’d had more time before the party.

"Pretty good costume fit, but consider sizing up"
I ordered a costume from Smiffys and overall the fit was decent. The sizing chart was helpful, and everything looked good enough for the party. The only thing I’d mention is that the top was a bit snug, though still totally wearable. If you’re between sizes or prefer a little more room, I’d probably suggest going one size up just to be on the safe side

"Packaging was spot on"
Ordered from Smiffy's and the package turned up in really good shape. Nothing was crushed or ripped, and the costume inside was folded nicely too. The box looked like it had been handled a bit, but not actually damaged, so thats fair enough. Everything was clean and ready to use. No issues at all, really happy with it

I remember having a bit of an issue at first, and it did take some waiting around, but they eventually got it fixed. From what I recall, it wasn’t the quickest process, but the problem was sorted in the end

"I was let down when it arrived..."
I was let down when it arrived. I ordered it because the pictures reminded me of something my friend used for her birthday setup, and I thought it would have the same look. But in person, the colors were off and the little details didn’t match what was shown online. It kind of felt like a cheaper version of what I thought I was getting. It might work if you just need something last minute for a casual party, but if you care about how the design actually looks, I wouldn’t count on it.

Not gonna lie, I was pleasantly surprised by this costume. It looked decent right out of the package and felt better than I expected. There were a couple spots where the stitching was a little loose, but nothing that ruined it. I wore it all night and it held up just fine. I’d buy it again if I needed another costume.

"Showed Up Way Too Late"
I ordered this for a party, and it ended up arriving days after I actually needed it, which was super frustrating. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. I had to run out and buy something else last minute, not ideal at all.

"Good selection, but kind of hit or miss"
There are plenty of costumes to choose from, which is nice, but the sizing feels limited. It’s also one of those things that works when it wants to, so browsing or finding the right size can get a little frustrating

"Never in Stock When I Need It"
Every time I go to buy the stuff I actually need, it’s out of stock again. It’s getting frustrating, and it feels like no one is really keeping an eye on the inventory. The whole thing just comes off as careless handling.

"Exchange is taking forever"
I requested a swap a while ago and I’m not even sure what the timeline is supposed to be anymore. I thought it would only take a few days, then maybe a week, but I’m still waiting with no clear update. Just feels like this exchange is dragging on way too long

"Super comfy, even after hours"
I wore this all night and was surprised how soft it felt. No scratchy seams or itchy bits, which is usually my biggest complaint with costumes. Weird detail I remember: I sat on a wooden bench for like 20 minutes eating chips, and I still didn’t feel annoyed by the fabric. Really comfy overall.

I ordered this costume and it was close to the photos and the size info was accurate too. The material felt about like I thought it would, so no surprises there. The only thing I noticed was the color looked a little brighter online, but it’s not a big deal at all and it still worked fine for what I needed.

"Refund took forever"
I asked for a refund and it took way longer than I expected to actually get my money back. The updates weren’t great either, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. not super happy with how long the whole thing dragged out
